JUDGE JENNIFER DOROW REACHES 42 BI-PARTISAN ENDORSEMENTS FROM WISCONSIN SHERIFFS

By a wide margin, Dorow has more law enforcement endorsements than any other candidate in the race for Supreme Court.

Waukesha, Wis. (January 30, 2023) – If it wasn’t already clear that Judge Jennifer Dorow is the overwhelming choice of law enforcement in the race for the Wisconsin Supreme Court, it is now. Dorow’s campaign announced today endorsements from 11 additional sheriffs, which brings her to an impressive list of 42 bipartisan sheriffs who are backing her candidacy to serve on the state’s highest court.

“Judge Dorow’s unmatched experience as a judge, prosecutor and private practice attorney, along with her commitment to public safety and the rule of law, make her the clear choice for Wisconsin Supreme Court,” said Oconto County Sheriff Todd Skarban. “She showed the whole state what she could do in handling the Waukesha Christmas parade attack trial. I know she will make a great member of our state’s highest court.”

Along with 42 sheriffs, Dorow has been endorsed by the Milwaukee Police Association, the Waukesha Police Chiefs Association, Fond du Lac County District Attorney and President of the Wisconsin District Attorney’s Association Eric Toney. Dorow has also been endorsed by Justice Pat Roggensack, the woman she is seeking to succeed, and retired Justice Jon Wilcox.

“I’m the wife of a former cop and my uncle was killed in the line of duty. So, I know how our men and women in blue put their lives on the line every day to protect and serve the rest of us,” said Judge Dorow. “Law enforcement trusts me to protect the public and defend the rule of law on the Wisconsin Supreme Court and I won’t let them down.”
